The house and gardens are looked after by our bilingual housekeeper, Camilla. If you have any requirements when you are staying, please be sure to contact her and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs. She is an expert on the area and can give helpful tips on where to go, good restaurants etc. There is also a “Blue Book” with all local information.

We recycle cardboard and glass in separate bins, as this is a very rural area, we ask that you kindly take the bottles to the bottle back in the local supermarket at Picauville. There is a landline and Wifi - both numbers and passwords will be available once your booking is confirmed. The owner, Jane D’Albiac, will take care of your booking and manage all the details including bed linen requirements.

The house is family friendly but we ask that young children are supervised particularly on the staircases and in the garden.

In recent years, due to the hot summers and milder winters, there has been an increase in the area of bees and hornets. We ask you to bring out any necessary equipment if you have allergies. We can attend to the nests and do so every year.
